And in the past, for 5 years I was contracted with Heartland Hospice-I.V.-Homecare in Depere, WI. (GreenBay), (for hospice patients who qualified for Massage & Energy Work). I also visit with patients in retirement facilities, work place and in home for treatment services (prior to In-Home services a meeting or appointment is required at Verkuilen Chiropractic & Wellness Center for safety purposes and to fill out intake forms.)
